CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

SeaHawaii is the sole and exclusive property of Sea Hawaii Incorporated, and no individual, or other entity, shall have the right to the use of the SeaHawaii brand name without the consent or written authorization of Sea Hawaii Incorporated.  All Judges and any other individual provided access to the information in this design competition, whether authorized access by Sea Hawaii Incorporated or not, do hereby agree that any and all information presented, including designs, materials, concepts, images, patterns, or any other media shall remain the expressed property of Sea Hawaii Incorporated.  Additionally, Judges do hereby agree to not divulge in any form, either verbally, in writing, or otherwise, any of the designs, materials, concepts, images, patterns, or any other information presented for the purpose of judging this competition.  Furthermore, no individual, including the Judges, is authorized to reproduce, in any form, any of the designs, materials, concepts, images, patterns or any other material presented by Sea Hawaii Incorporated for this competition.
